Attendance is limited to representatives from colleges and universities and supporters of The Payments Academy. If you are a representative from another commercial entity, you must be approved by the The Payments Academy to attend the event. Please contact us using the button above.

The $650 registration fee includes: all sessions, workshops, meals, receptions, refreshment breaks, and conference materials. Reception attendees must be 21 or over. Upon payment completion, a registration acknowledgment is sent by the registration system to the registrant's email.

Event Details

One week before the conference, participants will be provided access to the Guidebook event app to preview program details, Supporter materials, and available slide decks. Participants will have access to the event app materials through the calendar year. If your organization does not allow access to 3rd party apps, please provide an alternate email here.

Refunds will be made for cancellations until Tuesday, March 25, 2025. After that date, the registration fee can be transferred to a colleague for the 2025 conference. You may edit your registration using the login link at the top of the page. All transfer requests must be completed by Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
